Message: I have an 86 arc 250r the bike had no spark so I took it to a shop they said it was either the cdi or the stator I tried to use my budys cdi and nothing still no spark so I got a new stator but nothing I noticed some rust on the flywheel could that be the reason for no spark?

Message: Riding season is here. The weather has broken and i plan on blowing the dust off my 250R this weekend. I have owned my 86 250r for about ten years and I have never fogged the engine for the off-season. Does anyone fog their engine before storing for the winter months? The reason I ask is that I never do and I have never had any engine problems. The Honda ATC250R rocks.

Message: Keep the dream alive. 250R's are available most of the time on eBay and if you set your account up properly, they can email you as oon as an 83 250R is posted. Also check you local paper for used 250R's, you might be surprised to find one for sale by your house.

Message: Hello 250R world. I bought a 1983 250R brand new from my local Honda dealership and rode it regularly for about ten years before selling it.

Over the years I have owned other atvs as well but I seriously regret parting ways with my 250R. I like seeing the old pics here and I have actually begun my quest to find another 83 250R.

Once these atc's are in your blood, they are hard to forget.

Message: I have an 84 250r. The motor is blown and I will rebuild the motor. I am looking for ideas for performance enhancements before I start the rebuild. I will also be restoring this machine and any help in this area would be great. I am not a gearhead and this will be my first attempt at this. I am mechanically inclined but have heard some stories and would like to do it right the first time. The machine is in above average condition.
